4. Submit Your Design: Upload your logo or artwork if the upload option is available, or email it to ele.design.info@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Add Personalization Details: Include names, initials, thread color preferences, or special instructions.
6. Review Your Order: We will contact you if artwork adjustments, additional charges, or design approval are required before production.

Custom Embroidered Pullover Hoodie – Starting at $59.99

Your starting price includes:

• One Gildan hoodie
• Your selected garment color and standard size (S–XL)
• One embroidered name, monogram, or simple logo
• One embroidery placement on the left chest
• Maximum design size of approximately 4 inches
• Up to 10,000 embroidery stitches
• Standard embroidery thread colors
• Professional machine embroidery

Additional Customization Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Larger embroidery designs
• Designs exceeding 10,000 stitches
• Additional sleeve, back, or chest embroidery
• Multiple embroidery locations
• Appliqué, specialty stitching, or complex designs
• Sizes 2XL and larger
• Custom logo digitizing

Custom Logo Digitizing: Standard lettering setup is included. Customer-provided logos or artwork requiring conversion into an embroidery-ready file may incur a one-time digitizing fee, typically starting at $25–$35. Complex artwork may cost more.

All additional customization charges will be quoted and approved before production begins.

Custom Embroidery Production & Turnaround Time

Every custom embroidered sweatshirt and hoodie is made specifically for you!

Estimated Standard Production Time: 5–7 Business Days

Production time begins after:

1. Your order and payment have been received.
2. Your design and personalization details have been submitted.
3. Any additional charges have been approved.
4. Your final embroidery proof has been approved.

Design Proof & Approval

• A digital design proof will be provided for custom embroidery orders.
• Your proof will show the proposed artwork, placement, approximate size, and thread colors.
• Please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, and design details.
• Production will not begin until you approve the final proof.
• Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges.

Please Note: Complex embroidery, large designs, and bulk orders may require 7–14 business days or longer, depending on the project.

Shipping time is additional and begins once your completed order has shipped. Estimated delivery dates and shipping costs will be provided at checkout or with your custom quote.

Embroidered Garment Care Instructions

Keep your custom embroidery looking beautiful with these simple care instructions:

• Machine wash cold using mild detergent.

• Do not use bleach.

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
