Shipping policy

All orders are carefully crafted and customized to meet your specifications. Standard custom embroidery production takes approximately 5–7 business days after payment, design and personalization details, any additional charges, and the final embroidery proof have been approved. Complex embroidery, large designs, and bulk orders may require 7–14 business days or longer. Please refer to your product description or custom quote for the production timeline for your order. Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping transit time begins after your completed order has shipped and is additional to production time. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout or with your custom quote.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of our shipping partners.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
