We want you to love your purchase! Because many of our items are made to order, we have a no-return policy unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return if your item is damaged or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
