Custom Pricing for Your Project

Every business order is quoted individually. Pricing depends on garment selection or garment source, total quantity, logo size and stitch count, embroidery placements, personalization, and any digitizing required. Your quote will specify what is included and any additional charges.

This is a quote-based service, not a free product. Please request and approve a quote before placing an order.

How Our Business Ordering Process Works

Step 1 — Submit Your Business Request

Tell us about your business, apparel needs, quantities, desired embroidery, and required completion date. Let us know whether you need Stitchen Prints to supply the garments or will provide your own.

Step 2 — Submit Your Logo or Artwork

Provide your business logo or design so we can review it for embroidery compatibility.

Step 3 — Receive Your Custom Quote

We'll prepare pricing based on your garment choices or garment source, quantities, design requirements, personalization, and any necessary logo digitizing.

Step 4 — Review Your Embroidery Proof

For new custom designs, you'll receive a digital proof for review and approval before embroidery production begins. Please carefully review spelling, artwork, placement, approximate size, and thread colors.

Step 5 — Production Begins

After payment, final artwork approval, confirmation of garment availability, and receipt of all required order details, we'll begin production. Any additional charges must be approved before production begins.

Step 6 — Shipping

Completed orders will be shipped to the address confirmed with your order.

What to Include in Your Request

Production & Order Information

Production timelines vary depending on:

• Total number of garments
• Embroidery design complexity
• Stitch count and embroidery placement
• Apparel availability
• Design proof and approval
• Current production schedule

An estimated turnaround time will be provided with your quote.

Standard custom embroidery production is estimated at 5–7 business days after payment, required design details, any additional charges, and the final embroidery proof have been approved. Complex designs and bulk orders may require 7–14 business days or longer. Shipping transit time is additional.

Please note: Artwork requiring embroidery digitizing may incur a one-time setup fee. Additional charges will be disclosed before approval and production.
